Grace Gabriel is a multidisciplinary artist and designer based in the Pacific Northwest. She was born in Portland, OR, and her family moved around a lot for work during her childhood. As a kid she was able to explore the lush green Yamhill County, the rainy charm of King County, the wine country of Walla Walla, and the dry high desert of Spokane County. Along the way, she found inspiration in the rivers, lakes, beaches, waterfalls, deserts and countryside, which she incorporates into her pieces.
In 2024, Grace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Whitworth University located in Spokane, WA. She has a passion for the art and design and for building community. Her work explores the intersection of traditional fine arts and contemporary digital techniques. She works with mediums such as oil painting, printmaking, graphic design, photography, videography, and ceramics.
Recently, she has delved into the world of multimedia work – blending photography, oil painting, drawing, and graphic design. She has exhibited her work in two showcases, one in 2023 and another in 2024, and she also enjoys creating commissioned pieces. Her current goals are of teaching classes, meeting other artists, creating public art, learning new skills and finding new ways to evolve her artistic practice.
When she’s not creating in the studio, Gracie finds inspiration in nature, travel, and learning the stories of those around her. She currently resides in Newberg, OR and is available for commissions, collaborations, and exhibitions.
